Program Manager

As Program Manager, you are the driving force behind our international delivery standard. Your success directly determines Moove’s reputation with our largest global accounts.

This role is designed for a professional with a solid foundation in customer success or implementation management, someone who has "done the work" and now uses that expertise to manage complex, large-scale programs. You possess the operational empathy to understand the technician’s reality, combined with the professionalism to provide absolute peace of mind to enterprise customers during complex transitions.

Your goal is to fully understand the customer’s challenges and ensure contract agreements are translated into predictable, high-quality execution and effectively unburdening the client at every step.

Based in Utrecht, you report to the Head of Operations Europe and serve as the professional backbone of our international service deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead International Deployments: Direct the service rollout for large enterprise customers across multiple countries and local teams.
• Translate & Plan: Convert complex contracts into structured rollout plans, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met.
• Manage Expectations: Oversee project governance and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery across markets.
• Monitor & Mitigate: Track progress, delivery milestones, and risks, proactively solving issues between the customer, operations, and sales.
• Align Stakeholders: Ensure continuous alignment between internal operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership.

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional who has built their career on execution-driven experience and has matured into a role that requires high-level stakeholder management.

• Language: You are fluent in both Dutch and English. Proficiency in Dutch is essential for our close collaboration and stakeholder management within the Utrecht headquarters.
• Experience: Experience in international project and/or program management, specifically dealing with complex B2B service delivery and large enterprise clients.
• Operational Empathy: You possess the unique ability to understand the practical challenges of operations  in the field just as well as the strategic requirements of a Procurement Manager at a multinational.
• Stakeholder Skills: Strong ability to manage expectations and lead without formal hierarchical power, winning the trust of both internal teams and external decision-makers.
• Mindset: Structured, pragmatic, and focused on finishing what you start—you are someone who understands the "how" as much as the "what".
• Location: You are comfortable working at least 3 days a week from our Utrecht office and are willing to travel internationally as needed.

What We Offer

• A monthly salary between € 6.000,- and € 7.500,- (full-time), depending on your specific work experience
• Fixed 13th month
